“My job makes slowing down and taking time for myself very difficult. I’ve been on this planet long enough to know that isn’t tenable. I try to think of this in a different way by making sure I am doing things everyday that I enjoy and make me feel good – whether they are good for my body or just soul affirming. I’m a firm believer that if it makes you feel good, it’s good for you! So if that means I spend an hour playing around with my Frenchie Ruckus, so be it – I love it and believe it will make me live longer.”
